Romsey Region Business & Tourism Association Inc., (RRBATA) recognises that privacy of personal information is important to individuals & businesses. Personal information for our assoications or website purposes will be kept to a minimum, it will remain private and in the control of RRBATA.

Except where otherwise legally appropriate, we will treat your personal information as private.
We deal exclusively with highly reputable website operators and we have taken all possible steps to ensure complete security for our clients and ourselves.

Because of the nature of the website (a community directory) it is necessary to obtain a limited amount of personal information. We will not however be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to invoice and or receipt; upload information onto the website or send out newsletters.  As part of keeping your personal information private we will NOT allow third party access without contest.  

We send regular updates to our clients in the form of an e-newsletter or mail. If you wish to opt out from this correspondence please let us know by sending an email to info@romsey.org.au

In accordance with privacy legislation we give you access to your personal information that we hold, which you can correct, change or update misinformation.

It is important for us that persons with whom we deal with have confidence that we handle information responsibly and it is our policy to do so.
